I had already removed those folders, I never installed any mods.

I suppose you already remove celete the folder also: AppData/Local/inZoi/webcache_4430 ?

Sorry, i don’t know for the moment how to fix your bug. We have to wait unfortunately a solution by the inZOI’s staff :sad_but_relieved_face:

v0.3.6 now the game is not crashing on the load world, but it’s crashing right after selecting a lot. I still can’t play.

Have you tried verifying your gamefiles via steam or reinstalling the game? I also made a thread with all the things that helped other players you could scroll through. There is also a post about the video memory : [grafik]
