One of the main feedback I (still) see is that a lot of lots are empty and/or NPC are spawning without doing anything. It kills the immersion and the purpose of this game.
The quickest and easiest solution for the team should be to implement an extra feature on the Edit public property by allowing us to choose the activities NPC can do while on it.
On top of that, keep the ‘start/end’ time but apply it for all the NPC spawning this lot (not only the selected zois). That way, the nightclub will be packed at a certain hour with NPC doing appropriate activities in it.
Another feature that could help will be to let us choose how many NPC will spawn that location on that specific time.
I am 100% that this feature will change completely the game that we love so much already
