Despite the new update, I feel there’s still progress to be made when it comes to making the city feel more alive.
The good news is that I’ve found two easy temporary solutions:
1. Edit public property

Select the activity day and start time.

Add 8 Zois (when you click Add Zoi, it generates random Zois in CAZ).

Once the 8 random Zois are created, click on each profile to assign an activity (cleaner, lazy, runner, etc.).
This way, NPCs will automatically spawn on your lot at the times you’ve set!
2. Use mannequins for more visuals

Enter the cheat:
ShowStudioCategory TRUE. -
Go into build mode and place a mannequin.

Click on it and you’ll be able to change its appearance into ANY Zoi.
Just like in studios, you can adjust the pose, outfit, and face!
