The Resort Coins exchange rewards are very dissappointing

I feel very sad after being scammed by the resort coins exchange.

All the hard earn coins wasted after exchange to useless things.

  • The 700 coins Turtle Action Figure Set is NOT A SET, but a random of 6 turtles action figure (I got multiple of the same turtle figure, while the set has total 6 different type of turtles) (See attached picture),

  • The 540 coins Lucky Magic Ticket only gives +1 curiosity buff (See attached picture)

  • The 480 coins books do not give any reward upon reading them (both the Legendary Beneath The Sea and Secret of The Cat Temple)

  • The 20 coins Snorkeling Diver Set is only a 24-hour rent, not a permanent own item

  • The 5 coins Cahaya Postcard gives nothing but a “Cannot Store Item” error

I mentioned this in another thread. I only got 30 resort coins in exchange for the 10 gold bars, which was the same amount it cost to enter the treasure hunt in the first place. Some of the prizes also seemed to be bugged - I had enough coins to purchase them, and the price turned white to indicate this, but I still couldn’t select them.

For gold bars, I can confirm you can only get 30 coins from 10 gold bars. But for best one is the premium chest where you can get 100 coins. Just save your game before you open a premium chest, coz you can get other rewards like gems besides 100 coins

Can you let us know which rewards that you couldn’t buy even though you have enough coins?
For me, I can buy all the items from the kiosk. I have bought all of them.

I found the premium chest, but it’s still absurd to spend several in-game hours chasing gold bars, only to be ‘rewarded’ with the same amount of coins you spent to start with.

Regarding rewards, one example was the garden villa stay voucher, which cost 150 coins. I had more than that, but the exchange option was still greyed out and when I moused over it, I got a message saying something like “you are low on resort coins”. Unfortunately I didn’t take a screenshot, and when I went back the next day, the prizes had changed.

Yes. They need to redo the whole rewards/kiosk coins . On top of being confusing, the rewards are not good at all.
