Free DLC for life?

Is it true that everyone playing early access gets all DLCs free? Forever?

Do you have any relieable sources for this information?

From what I know is that the DLC are only free until full release:
Source: Krafton (publisher)

It was on a youtube video. This is why I wanted to check. It could be that they misspoke, weren’t clear, who knows. But they said free DLCs for everyone in early access. It would be nice, but getting Cahaya really improved the game. If they want us to test these things out prior to full release, I’m good with that.

Yes, as mentioned above, all DLC are free during early access, but not for life/forever.

Definitely better than nothing. I’m not complaining

I have also read that the DLC is free during the EA period, after full release I imagine any further content additions will be paid DLC as is usual with games.

The YouTuber may have been confused with Paralives, which I believe is promising all DLC for free even after release (how they are financing that plan I have no idea).

It seems the youtuber was correct, but got misunderstood

I know this doesn’t answer the question definitively, but I’m on a Mac, and for Mac users the game was released with the Cahaya content included — for us, it’s never been content we had to add separately but it automatically came with the game we bought. We can’t remove it or separate it out. So I don’t see them ever charging Mac users who bought the game in EA (and therefore all players who’ve bought the game in EA) for the Cahaya content again at some future time.

I’ve always understood the ‘free DLC during EA’ to mean that all updates to gameplay and any expansion features (DLC) they add during EA will be free until the official launch. After the official launch, the game will include all those bits (updates and DLC) that have been added during EA (possibly as free add-ons for new players to download separately), but the price of the game will go up for new purchasers of the game, and all new expansions (DLC) after that point will need to be paid for by all players if they want them in their game (just like in the Sims or any other game).

I guess I might be wrong though — time will tell…

This is what I understand:
Everything released during the EA phase (so Cahaya and any other DLC they might add) will remain free for those who purchased the game from EA.
Everything released after that will, obviously, be paid.

Yeah, it’s been cleared up now. It would be interesting to know how much DLC would cost. Hopefully, inzoi won’t end up like the sims, an empty base game that only becomes fun with DLC. That is, until the DLC bloats and crashes the game. There are lessons to be learnt here.
