Details: When a Zoi wants to chat, they always try to find a seat to talk, despite both of them already standing up. I understand if one Zoi is sitting, but when both standing, they both find a chair to talk. The problem is…? When I queue up another conversation, they get up to find…. Another chair again, despite already sitting!!!
I so wish they would just stay where they are when I tell them to talk. They even run off to talk further away to stand and talk there, why? Devs would ‘just’ have to remove any code that tells them to move or sit before talking, and just turn towards each other. Sometimes I want them to talk from one side of a counter to the other, for example, like vendor and customer and such stuff. But nothing is possible with them always running elsewhere -.-
It’s ridiculous how far they run just to sit to talk. In the Sims 4 we have the option to click on a seat and choose ‘sit and talk here’ (iIrc).
@LennyOgg Apparently, Zois are programed to find ANY seat available in the area to chat. I’ve moved them to an empty room, and they will indeed STAND AND TALK. But if you moved them to the study room? One will ALWAYS sit on my study chair, and the other one will stand awkwardly next to them. It is programmed not that great…. It’s messy.
What if I want them to stay and talk where they are?
Sometimes I want them to sit next to each other and talk.
And I don’t want them to run around before talking.
I can’t remember anyone ever asked for this.
