Cost of living and work in Inzoi

Hello, I’d like to create this topic to highlight some “problems” regarding the cost of living, wages, and certain activities that break the gameplay loop.
I would also like to suggest some solutions to improve all of this.
I want to emphasize that the goal of these suggestions is NOT to create new content, but to balance the existing content.

1- In Inzoi, the cost of living is very low. The only items that cost a lot are furniture items like sofas, beds, appliances, etc., and vehicles.
I’d like to make a first point to support this: Building walls, laying tiles, wallpapering, installing fences, etc., costs almost NOTHING.

*This is absurd from a realistic point of view. But in my opinion, the main problem with this is that it destroys the entire gameplay loop and the player’s sense of progression.

Currently, the player has everything right away, so there’s no progression gameplay…

If building walls, laying tiles, etc., were expensive, then the player would have a real sense of progression: They would have to work part of their life to afford their dream house, little by little, spending some time in a house they like less, encourage saving money, create more social gameplay involving arguments about money, disputes, Zoi who spend too much……

*The choice of housing, which is currently an “aesthetic” choice offered to the player, consisting of choosing what they prefer, then becomes a real objective, a gameplay loop, which is not currently the case…

It’s more realistic, and even if it requires more effort, the feeling of progression and reward would be all the more satisfying.

The current state of the game means that the game itself destroys this gameplay loop with overly lenient rules.

2- Work in Inzoi is useless. It’s useless because of the ability to “FARM” skills (I find that being able to farm in a life simulation game is already absurd in itself).

So, farming skills like painting (a skill that reaches level 10 FAR TOO quickly) allows you to make MUCH MORE money than working. You can sell paintings for 6500w effortlessly, without ANY ZOI NEEDING TO WORK.

Once again, the gameplay loop is ruined by the game itself…

*I’d like to emphasize the issue of reaching skill level 10 far too quickly.
A teenage Zoi has plenty of time to reach that level. So from adolescence onwards, the Zoi is financially independent and doesn’t need to work. Because this is clearly MUCH more profitable than work.

It’s simply ridiculous.

IF this skill (and the associated income) were only attainable at maximum level at an older age, that would be understandable, but that’s not the case…

3- My suggestions:
-Give much more money at the start of a family, depending on the number of people

-Make life much more expensive, especially with the examples I’ve given: building walls, laying tiles, etc…

-Slightly increase salaries

-Significantly decrease the income from lucrative activities outside of work.

-AND make the time it takes to acquire a skill level Significantly longer (which is actualy completely unrealistic, because Zoi have all abilities maxed out by the middle of their lives…).

(The social interactions associated with skills should be usable at lower levels so as not to deprive the player of useful or enjoyable interactions for too long)
