For players who don’t want to deal with death, ghosts . . . ingame, please give us the option to turn all this off.
It also makes our Zois uncomfortable.
We can already use the immortalZoi cheat and turn aging off in the settings, and I’m so thankful for that.
I play inZOI to take a break from all my IRL struggles and bad/sad experiences.
Give us choices, please.

completely agree also. I don’t want ghosts in my game. I don’t even want the funeral home or graveyard. I haven’t gone to any of those lots so not sure if I can even get rid of them with edit lot.

I agree with you on the ghosts. It’s my escape too and I really don’t want bad things to happen to my sims / zois. I’m not sure who keeps asking for more unpredictability and tragedies, but it gets a bit morbid for me. I understand bad things can happen to people. It just already seems to be the main focus of this game.
I’ve stopped playing the game completely, but I still create things in the studios. The game is a bit ridiculous and they’re making it hard to enjoy. They’ve already taken away the parts I was most interested in. The new play time does not work for me. I keep meaning to make a post about this, but do zois have to move now in order to have a wedding? Why? Why do that?

I want an option for turning off ghosts, too. As someone who prefers realistic gameplay ghosts just break the immersion for me.

I think it would especially help if they would give us the option to get rid of all the random ghosts all over the city. I understand that these are ghosts from people who lived in the city before they died but the longer you play in a save file the more ghosts there are. Then they occupy all kinds of objects all around the city and your Zoi is not able to use these anymore while these are occupied by the ghost. Instead your Zois and all NPC Zois are standing around this occupied object and being shocked or scared. After the second generation it happened to me on nearly every lot in the city. Very annoying.
As for the 3 days where a family member is a ghost in your house after death and also for the ghosts on the funeral lot I could live with that. This makes the departure of the family member even more sad but it is kind of Ok in terms of gameplay. But also these then should fully disappear after the 3 days or then only appear on the funeral lot if you do the option to be able to see the ghosts.

I think I had a random ghost using a hula hoop in a family’s backyard. Either that, or it was a bug because there wasn’t anything actually there.
I’ve gone back to playing a bit and thought the ghosts would annoy me more, but I haven’t noticed anything outside of the one hula hoop.
