Steps to Reproduce: Open CaZ, load a female preset and try on the long straight hair that goes behind the back
- Details:
While creating a zoi I noticed some of the hairs clip with the eyebrow bones / cheekbones, just when you make the face narrower, fixing itself when making it wider. It happens as well with male frames.
I understand this is a very minor bug and very low on the list of priorities understandably so, but just wanted to note it!
Thank you for your work

I wonder if they could fix this by adding collision mechanics between areas of the face and the hair, with the hair physics feature
I know that hairstyles like ponytails and man-buns automatically move to fit in the hole of the snapback caps, so they could probably do something similar with this situation.

I tried it after seeing your post. It clips when you broaden any of the outer lines of the face too. I assume it’s very similar to the clipping you experience when a Zoi is either extremely skinny or rather big.
From what I’ve heard it’s very tough, probably even too time-consuming, to animate every strand of hair to respond perfectly to any possible head proportion.

I wonder too! There’s a thing when you make hat cc through the modkit that allows you to add the head as the “skinning target” of the head, meaning it get its weight information from the head. When you do this, the width of the hat changes according to the width of the face, so it never glitches. I wonder if this could be done with hair too?
@HeinziDerHeld Thank you for trying it out! I wonder how difficult it would be to add the “skinning target head” mechanics to hair, but I hope it’s not too difficult

And agreed. hopefully these minor glitches will go away slowly with each passing updates/hotfixes.
