When I read through discord, the majority there seems to want as much drama and violence as they can possibly get and they rather want to be entertained by Zois’ autonomy than actively managing their Zois.
The devs also seem to cater to this majority.
But are players who want to play inZOI as a sandbox/dollhouse/background of their own story really a minority than can be overlooked?
Even though I know many prefer a little bit of everything, I only give two options to make this poll more clear.
Just imagine you’ll have to steer the inZOI waggon in one or the other direction or else it overruns a basket full of kittens

Since I play with quite a few Zois families, I like them to have a certain degree of autonomy, but basically chaos is not what I want in my game. In fact, in the city settings I’ve set almost all the sliders so that Bliss Bay is clean, peaceful, etc.
- I don’t like violence
- I don’t like thieves
- I don’t like catastrophic events much, I’d like them to be very rare
- ghosts are ok for me
I think this kind of events should be linked to the sliders, so I should be free to have them never/rarely/often

I don’t need the negative/chaos removed entirely from the game, I just want to be able to control it.

I am not sure which vote to make, lol. I enjoy watching CHAOS unfold, but just not violent nor catastrophic events. I do like to manage, but what I what most out of inZOI, is to manage less and for them to function as expected based off of how I set their traits, etc…
So I guess my vote is for non-violent chaos with minimal management needed bc their personality was created by me intentionally? Is that an option?

The poll really needs an option for ‘a bit of both’, given that’s probably what most people would choose. I want unpredictable stuff to happen to my Zois now and again, but I also don’t want traffic accidents, burglaries etc. happening every other day. Also I’d like to have different levels of crime safety etc. in different cities, so that I can try out various types of gameplay. Really it needs to be customisable in City Settings, like the current settings for fire safety and object breakability.

i want chaos because in sims 4 you micromanage everything, its like the sims are robots, in inzoi i want my character to gain her own conscience and can do life-changing decisions by herself without me having to prompt it first, imo if i have to decide everything, it takes away the fun because i already know what will happen.
