Throwing Laptop In Garbage

    :round_pushpin: This issue occurred on 12/30/2025. My Zoi currently lives in Blissbay, and I am using a basic starter home (no mods used, garbage came with the home). Autonomy is set to on, and I bought my Zoi a laptop and set it on the desk. After interacting with it (reading a forum/assignment for the Business Admin university path), my Zoi randomly picked it up and threw it out.

Or they put it on their person, or the cleaner/babysitter/guests at your house keep moving them around or keeping them in their packs. Sometimes they disappear, absolutely. It’s the same with the tablets. They should be programmed to put it back where they take it from, 100%

In this example, she grabbed the first tablet to do something, toddler threw a tantrum and she dropped the tablet in her pack. Then after taking care of the small one, went to pick the second tablet, baby threw another tantrum, and she put it in her pack again. So annoying !

Thank you for your solution, I appreciate the advice since I am new to the game. Since this was within the first few hours (in game time) of this game, I haven’t had any guests over to the house (including services). My Zoi picked it up and put it in the garbage, as I saw her pick it up and place it down directly infront of the garbage, so maybe she put it on herself and it seemed like she threw it out. Thank you!

Just last night I watched my zoi finish reading a book and then she went over and threw it in the trash. They just kind of throw anything away at this point.

Oh yeah, I have to buy new tablets roughly once a year. (4 seasons.) I mean, hell, even the late mom of this family apparently decided that you CAN take it with you, and by “it” I mean the tablet :stuck_out_tongue:
