As of now, only pregnant zois have the option to vomit. Realistic, yes… but it’d be even more realistic to have to vomit for any zoi (male, non-pregnant female zois) (whatever player is playing with) (non-player zois as well).

Having had many kids in-game, sometime the zoi will act as tho she will throw-up, then you get the debuff morning sickness. So it’s kinda already in as far as I know. Going to puke at the toilet does not remove the debuff either.
Make make the sickness more frequent in the morning would be a good idea?
Other than that, I am already satisfied that this happens

@Samuriko Puking is already in game but is limited to pregnant zois only… what I’m suggesting is it not being only limited for pregnant zois. Wouldn’t not be realistic as I can puke right now if I want to. This would be a realistic feature to have for all zois.
P.S. @Robert they’d make it non visible (noise/animation) as it is now. This feature wouldn’t be used by everyone but is optional for those who want another added layer of realism to the game.

Eating something bad, getting sick, if used where appropriate? Why not !

Yes, like if zoi’s get sick. Would love this as well as the option for illnesses like stomach bugs to be contagious
