Use elevator action doesn't work

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…): Windows 11, i7-13700H, RTX 4060, 32Gb RAM, 1TB SSD

  • Steps to Reproduce: Zoi inside apartment > click to use elevator > action goes to queue list and then disappears.

  • Details:
    In control settings, I changed to WASD controls the camera instead of zoi. Then I played normally and decided to take my zoi for a stroll around downtown, but when I click on the elevator, the action disappeared. I had to switch back to “wasd controls the zoi” just to be able to walk to the elvator to trigger the animation where he goes inside it.

I keep running into this bug as well. You can click on the spot and choose ‘go to elevator’ (see screenshot below), but the action instantly disappears from your action queue. Combined with the inability to enter buildings due to closing off the roofs (see separate thread), this is making it very difficult to play in Top view with point-and-click controls, especially for high buildings like the Adam Entertainment offices. I wish we could at least get an acknowledgement that the devs are aware of these issues and are looking into them - it’s been several months now.

I found a way to get around that. Even when playing in top-down-view mode, you can tap Tab to go to Shoulder mode and walk your zoi to the elevator, and then press tab again to go back to top-down-view mode.Actually I’m even keeping Shoulder mode and controlling with WASD when I’m out and about, and only using top-down-view mode when at home.
