Zois going straight from prison when running someone down with a vehicle, there is no police chase which is not good for gameplay please fix it. How can you be a criminal when you can’t run someone down?

I also hope when you run someone down with a vehicle accidentaly it would not be your fault please fix the gameplay thank you.
