Happened to me too, and I barely ever post anything on discord.
I’m trying to find out for weeks what happened.
The official discord should be open to anyone unless we make grave mistakes and we should at least get a warning beforehand and a chance to talk to someone before getting banned.
Being banned from the official discord also keeps us from participating and sharing our opinion/suggestions, since the only confirmed source of collecting our feedback is discord.
We are also not able to join events.
Some events, like the MeetUp I visited last year, have only been announced on discord.
Banning players who are 
customers 
on a whim ‘just because’ does not help anyone and throws an ugly shade on inZOI.
I have a flawless appearance here at the forum, I’m a Golden Duck member and on the highest possible trust level, I’m friendly and helpful to everyone and I don’t feed the trolls - and discord mods treat me like a criminal.
