Unable to click small items in Zoi's hands

Reproduction Steps:

1. Have a small item in bag (Lottery Ticket/Medicine)
2. Place item in Zoi’s hand
3. Click the item to select it

Expected Behaviour:

• Item is selected

Actual Behaviour:

• Zoi is clicked instead of item in hand.

Some items can only be used when you click it directly, so it’s nearly impossible for me to use the lottery ticket pictured. Only with this exact camera angle can I click the very top left corner of the ticket to use it… When hovering over something, the held item in the Zoi’s hand should take priority over the Zoi.

EDIT: Viewing the lottery ticket from the top works better, there are a few more slivers of clickable area where there isn’t a hand under the ticket.

That said, I don’t know if this is caused by a mod, maybe others can confirm if an unmodded game has this too.
