I’ve recently uncovered official inzoi videos in the game files, and i was wondering if you could bring back cut scenes and include the cut scene editor shown off before release, with the ability to download cut scene templates off canvas.
A blueprint with mannequin/special objects positions will need to be put into the room by the player during some cut scenes and use the scene as the background. Then the player can click on it and the cut scene will play to perform the interaction. Players may test it beforehand if they wish to do so. Of course, cut scenes could also use their own backgrounds, and it should be configurable.
Cut scenes can be sorted by functions. That way, if we have multiple cut scenes, we can sort by function and choose one to make it faster.
Also, cut scenes have a time and place.

If a cut scene requires a scene blueprint and the player doesn’t place one, then the cut scene wont play and instead it’s business as usual. that way, players are actually given a choice with the cut scenes. Of course, that cut scene system could definitely be tweaked, but i think providing a choice for the cut scenes appearing will make the game suit every player’s needs
Also…. The cut scene editor would be pretty lukewarm if there arent suffcient animations. Of course, asking devs to add thousands of animations isnt realistic either, so I propose an in game poser+animator. So a zoi mannequin has drag points on limbs that can be dragged around to pose a zoi, and a simple animation key frame space with the ability to record animations. Poses and animations should also be shared in canvas, that way we have a centralized platform for thousands of player created animations and poses that could fit every need.
Oh, and also the ability to use modded animations/poses from curseforge and upload them together with the scenes to canvas. Modded animations/poses should be treated as mods.
Also, the collection points. Part of what made the sims 3 so fun is that there were collection spawners all over the world, and we had to look around to find collectibles. In inzoi…. It’s lacking. Right now, if we want to collect something, we just have to pop by the park and get lucky while digging. That takes out element of unpredictability and all it does is introduces grind.
So I propose this:
There should be collection point spawners all over the world. Each day, there’s a chance for collectibles to spawn at that point. If a collection is set to spawn, there’s a higher chance for it to be a bronze spawn point than a gold speawn point for example. From there, the usual inzoi collection methods will apply, with a diamond pickaxe having a higher chance of unearthing gems from a metal pile.
Naturally…. It’d be quite jarring to see a metal pile laying around in downtown blissbay, so they could look like other objects. For example, they could look like a trash pile (quite normal for large cities) or even cement blocks. Pickaxe logic doesn’t really matter here, what matters is that they can blend in with the environment. I really like how we could find random piles of money laying around, so a similar system for collections would be appreciated.
Also, we need a fish spawn point. Fishing in fish spawn point will make it more likely to catch the fish that spawn at that certain point (could look like bubbles and you could see the fish that spawn in that location). Fishing outside of fish spawn points would cause fish to bite much slower.
That way, there’s actually a reason to the open world.
