@Nadeishiko_0001 You can uninstall the game and reinstall it on a different drive where there are no old SteamApps files. If there is an old SteamApps folder on that drive, delete it completely and make sure there are no existing SteamApps folders left on that drive.
If you want to install the game on a drive where you already have many other Steam games, or if you only have one drive available, you will need to uninstall/delete all your Steam games first, then recreate the SteamApps folder on that drive and reinstall the game.
