I uninstalled the game but it’s still the same.

Yes, I used a staircase on the third floor so the house wouldn’t be so large

I’m not sure if I’m understanding you correctly, has your zoi gotten stuck, did you uninstall the game but are still using the same house and save game?
It could be the house as @Sephrenia says, you would need to demolish that wall from build mode and fix it.
You can also use the emergency rescue to get your zoi out and follow the instructions, I’ll tell you where it is in case you’ve never used it.
Bottom right under help “guide cat” / emergency rescue (follow the instructions).

Maybe you could try the Emergency Rescue. In the lower right corner, where the Psycat button is, you can click on it and find a red button called something like “Emergency Rescue”. Then you can click on the Zoi, who needs saving and it gets unstuck and reset to a close by spot
