If you have used mods before, please list them: I have over 1.1k furniture and Create a Zoi mods installed but I do not have any mods that alter gameplay.
Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…): Windows 11. MSI 4070ti Super 3x Ventus Black GPU. AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D CPU. Samsung 980 Pro 2TB SSD. Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x16GB (32GB) DDR5 Ram. MSI Tomahawk B650 Motherboard.
Steps to Reproduce: While in live mode, zoom into the property and move the camera around using the right mouse button. This is done in normal camera mode, not Free Camera or First Person. The furniture will sometimes disappear and not reload. The Up/Down Floor button will not work when the bug is occurring. The furniture sometimes reloads if you zoom out and then zoom back in using the mouse scroll button. The bug does not occur in Build Mode.

Please share the date, error message, or screenshots/videos for issue verification.The bug occurred on September 27, 2026. I do not receive an error message when the bug occurs. The issue happened in an old save file and a new one. I was able to recreate the issue in a friend’s save file on their PC. The lots I have been able to reproduce the bug in are the Metro House in Dowon, Dowon Heights, and Ocean Bliss in Bliss Bay. I have included screenshots of how the property looks before the bug occurs and what the property looks like when the bug is occurring. All properties that I have reproduced the bug on have been edited by me, they are not base game properties.
I have only included one save file because, even after compressing it, the other is too large to attach to this post.
