Can't connect to canvas

  • Platform: (Steam windows )

  • Mods: (never used)

    • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (window 11, intel i7 , GPU 3070, RAM 16gb):

  • Issue Date: since I install the game, Aug 30, 2025

  • Error Message: None

  • Details: I tried to click on the screen in the game menu, or upload to canvas button in the character creation, none of them response.
