mods not updating

  • Details: HELP!!! Why are my mods not updating? I hit update mod, and it just keeps loading forever and never completes. Does anyone know why

Have you tried to reach out to the creator of the mod? It’s possible they haven’t updated their mods yet from their side.

The update button doesn’t show up unless a modder has already updated their mod. Their issue is that the update button isn’t completing the action.

Not sure why your mod launcher is having issues with updating mods, but you can always just uninstall then reinstall the mod. That will install the latest version.

It’s not even letting me uninstall them

To uninstall, go to your Documents > Inzoi > Mods > 88849 Folder (that’s the folder where mods downloaded with the in-game launcher go), then locate the correct Subfolder containing whatever mod you want to uninstall and delete the whole thing.

After that, reinstall it using the in-game launcher or (if that doesn’t work) manually download the mod from Curseforge’s Inzoi website and then place it in your Mods folder.

Does anyone know why my mods are not updating when it says out of date, or when I try to uninstall them, they are still in my installed mods

I have same problem. Via official mod page I cant update mods.

Have you tried to remove them directly from your mod folders and download/install them again?

It happened to me too. Mods wouldn’t update, and I couldn’t even uninstall them. I did what Lenny Ogg said, manually deleting them from the folder and reinstalling them.

Unfortunately I did that and they were still there when I opened the game. The only thing that worked is delete the game completely and reinstalling the game which that work. The good thing is that my family was still there and the mods

At the moment I don’t remember but it happens to all my mods that need to be updated

Hello @moonlit_mya,
