Hello, first of all, I’d like to thank the team for the change made with the Halloween update, specifically the reduction of the texture list so that the game can load it without too many issues! Thank you for paying attention to this detail, it’s definitely important for customizing our game.
So, I sincerely apologize if I’m already commenting on this topic, which has just been addressed on Discord: Downloaded canvas textures not showing up in game. Perhaps I wasn’t clear enough—the point I wanted to highlight to the team is that by not allowing us to view the textures downloaded from Canvas in the list as we could before, I don’t know how I could access them in order to use them for other objects in the Caz. Moreover, it becomes impossible to use them to customize other objects in the building and decorating mode. I understand that custom objects created before the update with these textures are still fully usable.
However, if this change wasn’t made to prevent us from using other players’ textures and if it wouldn’t reintroduce potential game instability, I was wondering if there might be a way to display these textures again so that we could use them for new objects. Maybe it’s a silly request, but rather than uploading a thousand new textures, I would often recycle the ones I had already obtained via Canvas.
