The cheap old computer is a much better quality than the expensive gaming computer.
And the information about the quailty is entirely missing for custom built computers.
I thought the old computer being the most reliable was a cute dig at how disposable many modern electronics are. Thumbs up for that! 
Too bad the game can’t simulate how slow the old timer would be.

This issue has now been resolved.
Just as a note, for a custom computer, it’s expected that quality is not displayed, so this is not considered a bug. Hope that helps clarify things!
