Shadows and lights flicker when turning on realistic shadows

  • Steps to Reproduce: By turning on the realistic shadows in graphic settings

    I posted this as a follow-up to the light bleeding bug I encountered months ago, but I think this deserves its own thread. When I turn on realistic shadows in the graphics settings and have multiple light sources enabled, the shadows and lights start flickering. Video of the bug below:
