Hey guys, I was just wondering whether any of you have checked the previous bug and if it’s still there or not yet? I’d very much like to put queensize beds back into my houses but I really don’t want new kids without my attendance

The best thing against this would be to be able to set maximum family size in the settings.
It would affect the entire game though, but if you set it to say 4 ? Any family already over that will stop having kids, and families will not be able to exceed that number. This option would basically use the ModKit option for max family size which is current locked at 8. It should be very easy to implement (and at the same time they should make the family member bar automatically stretch/shrink to match how many members you currently have as well). Hopefully for crazy moms like me, the 8 limit can be pushed UP to higher number
Also having a “Contraceptive Doughnut” for cheap that have a 28 days duration or something (eating a “Fertile Doughnut” would cancel the effet), could be a good option if you dont want to mess with the max family size.
Later I hope we get Twin/Triplet doughnut… because I’m crazy about having the challenge of a large family
But yeah, anything to not have to mess with the beds would be nice.

I must say it’s been a while since I’ve had unintended pregnancies even though I have families with 5/6/7 members, but it could also be because I’ve been playing less with the Bliss Bay families lately.

Yeah Bliss Bay is real prime for large families… Which often end up with “Not enough beds, meow !”
But I still want the options to limit families with a slider in the menu… Or make it more than 8.
The doughnuts would be the prime solution without messing with that. Especially since now Zoi get 4 meow coins for sleeping/eating/using the bathroom/bathing. It adds up so a 30mew doughnut is not as annoying to buy as before.
Cahaya could be good too, but you’d have to move families into the large lots and use / make / download big 8 beds houses on Canvas. By default, they are crammed into small houses with usually 2-5 bed spaces.

Still very good options the devs should 100% put into the game =)
BTW, I think the making babies on their own issue is gone or at least happening a lot less frequently. I’m currently running a “test” to verify this.
