I played this game on release on a 2080 Super and it ran fine; I just reinstalled it and I have a 9070 XT now. I keep on crashing after the startup animation. I was able to get to the main menu a couple of times after manually deleting shader caches and verifying file integrity on steam, but subsequent launches always fail to get to the menu. I followed all the steps in the crashing guide and then some but it’s still crashing.
There might be some old, compiled shaders from your former GPU still in the system. Would you please open AMD Adrenalin and do a Shader Cache reset? (settings → graphics → advanced → reset shader chache)

That fixed it…not sure why since I cleared the cache manually a couple of times, and used DDU between the two GPU’s. But I was able to get in and lower all the graphics settings and slowly raise them. Will say that enabling “Smart Zoi” just straight up crashes the game to desktop but I think that might be a separate issue. Was able to place the game back into Ultra preset with no issues so far, start a new game, and reload my old game. Thank you!
