Could you compress this folder and send it to us?
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\BlueClient\Saved\Config\Windows
Temporary solution after compressing the folder:
For temporary solution, could you try going to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\BlueClient\Saved\Config\Windows and removing the .ini files (especially GameUserSettings and Engine)? This resets your graphics settings and might allow you to load into the game.
