I decided this morning to try reverting the update back to old one before the hot fix was forced on me. I also turned off auto updates. I should have done this from the beginning. A fresh install did not work, nothing else worked with this hot fix update. Could not even get the game to load. Going back and see if that works.
Edit- Reverting did not work, trying one more time to do a complete clean reinstall, before I give up.
Same thing is happening to me on Mac OS (App Store).

Since the March 31, 2026 update, Whenever I launch the game it crashes on the first loading stream, however if I’m streaming to Discord it does not crash at all, and If I stop streaming to Discord after the first loading screen it also does not crash, I have tried to verify files, with and without mods, with latest and older drivers, and checked for instabilities in my Laptop, and none of them helped at all

yeah i had tried that too before posting this here and it didn’t work for me either 
i was happy i got an email reply back that this issue was being reviewed but hoped the hot fix would have been dropped by now…
yeah it seems like so far those of us who have this issue have 50 series or greater but idk. i really hope it’s resolved soon bc today makes three days and still having the same issue
same to me except for the streaming to discord bit. how do you do that? i just wanna be able to play again as it’s been three days of not being able to load the game without crashing immediately at the logo screen
There’s definitely a problem with the RTX 50 series. Because I also have an RTX 5070 Ti graphics card, 16 GB RAM, and an i9 processor.And I have the same mistake as the person who brought up the topic.

hii im just going on discord call with someone (or myself in voice channel) before i start game and click ''share screen” on bottom and then choosing full screen and then launching it and for some reason its making it work i just end stream after it loads 
I am currently typing this from my old Lenevo LOQ that I had before upgrading to an Asus ROG Zephryus G14 last week (the specs I posted above that the game is instantly crashing on).
I used to have to use GeForce to play InZOI on this but something told me to try inZOi on it just now and it works here without the crashing. This is an RTX4060 16GB RAM 512GB SSD so I highly suspect it’s only affecting 50 to high end 40 series players. Below are the specs to this 4060 GPU laptop and the screenshots from me loading the game up just now:
Also noting that playing on this laptop here wouldn’t be a viable solution for me as I do not wish to go back to using GeForce premium to enjoy the game + graphics 
I bought a new gaming laptop to enjoy inZOI on and just want the game playing on my new device rather than using this one as I have given this Lenovo to my son for school anyway.
Could it be that transparency effects are automatically disabled when streaming to Discord? Try right-clicking on the Desktop, go to Personalization - Themes - Color and turn off “Transparency effects” before launching the game. Maybe that will help?
Same. This is kinda funny… in a sense, I bought the ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 18, making sure I would have plenty to run this game and any other game I played, so I wouldn’t have to worry and here I am not able to play. lol
Just wanted to add that I’m also having the same issue, same crash behaviour, same start time. Processor: Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX, 2700 Mhz, 24 cores, 24 logical processors. Memory 32 GB. Video: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU
I’m also having the same problem! I’ve been playing on my Mac and I haven’t had any experience with inzoi crashing on me until now 
I haven’t played in just a couple days and wanted to play today and it just kept crashing… I thought it was because I needed to updated my OS and clear out the cache, but I did all that and it still kept crashing.

Issue: Game crashes immediately on launch before reaching the main menu. Occurs with and without save data present.
Error: Caught signal / Unknown addresses in inZOI, Foundation, libsystem_pthread.dylib
Steps tried: Cleared all caches, reinstalled, removed save data, updated macOS
this! 
i understand wanting to optimize the game to fix things + graphics for everyone to enjoy inzoi but i just wish fixes that end up accidentally preventing us from even playing at all would be handled a little quicker
definitely seems to be a pattern w the 50 series fr
