Hello,

I am rank 3 in Beat Code career. I got the urge to talk to a coworker in my rank. This talk option I do not have with coworkers in rank 2 or 1 neither with my rank 4 boss. And I am the only one in rank 3^^

My boss lives with me and got the same urge 2 ingame days ago.

Please check the requirements for urges and prevent giving Zois urges wich are impossible to complete.

Yes, urges definitely need some extra care. The system should check if the urge makes sense for context first. I have seen people get urged to do interactions for zois that died already, for example.

Please devs take a look at this :folded_hands:

I do not think, a savegame could help. They know the issue by the picture, they know, where in the code they generate urges and have simple to check was requirements are set for this urge and fix it for some 1 person per career-rank (I mean not fix, simple disable this for the shown case). There ist no fix when I am the only possible one in my rank.

I have got this urge for my 2 rank 2 person and worked as expected.

As moooody wrote, there are more urges to check by requirements.
