disabling HAGs worked for me so far (I started a new save so Im still in CAZ and it hasn’t crashed yet) 
did it effect the graphic for you? after turning it off? i’m so happy for you that’s a great news i will try it too !! yaaay it could be a good temporary solution while we wait for the team to figure out the real issue and fix it
im still in caz creating a new zoi but once i get out in gameplay, ill come back & let you know

The game is working for me too.
Unplugged my laptop.
Changed the Settings Display Graphics by Unchecking the Hardward-Accelerated.
Now in CAZ.

Yep the work around has worked, but we shouldn’t have to dumb down our computers to make inzoi’s work. Which is what we have had to do. Also how is this going to affect playing other game’s? I get a warning message about turning off HAGS and how it can cause game crashes if disabled, so disabling for now gets us back in inzoi but may effect playing other games. They need to fix the game they broke.

But honestly just being able to finally play again is good enough for me for now until the team finds a solid solution. For other games, I’d just re-enable HAGS. The team has reached back out to me again letting us know that they are working to bring a fix. This workaround is only temporary until then

disabling HAGs, restarting your PC, and clicking “no” when prompted to re-enable it at game launch? does the pop-up not come up or does the game still crash directly at the logo screen? I can help you troubleshoot and figure out what’s going on
btw your laptop was the exact one I was going to get before going w the Asus ROG Zephryus G14 (which I paid nearly $1000 more for and it’s still not as good as the Helios 16) that laptop has such amazing specs at an amazing price but Best Buy sold out right when I was going to get it absolutely LOVE the Helios Predator 16S
I suspect the crash stems from an incompatibility between the updated UE and some RTX 40/50-series GPUs during shader compilation—though this process should normally run purely on the CPU.
Laptops running on battery use integrated graphics instead, might skipping that problematic compilation stage entirely.
For reference, I’m on a desktop RTX 5080, so this issue isn’t only on laptops.
After turning off the hardware acceleration scheduling in Windows Settings, the game can launch normally. However you will lose the frame generation feature as a result.
disabling HAGS didn’t work for me, but this did. Thank you so much. I’ll have to play around with the NVIDIA app later and figure out what’s up with that specifically.

just a quick update, the method do work and i’m happy to be able to play but honestly it’s not a forever solution .. the in game graphic is really low now and not like it used to be
