You finally decided to share it so it could be resolved quickly? ![]()
I’m really looking forward to getting back into the game, modder.
I’ve already sent everything as quickly as possible and now I’m just hoping the issue gets resolved soon so I can finally play again.
I’ve sent mine through email too. They are looking into it right now.
I got the same problem after update it to 0.9.2, last time i play maybe like a month ago, still doing fine, but now when i want to play again, the game doesnt allow me, quiet disappointed especially i already been playing inzoi since day one with more than 100 hours playtime, paid full price.
Tried all methods (delete mods, changing connection, restart, VPN, verify game integrity, etc) even reinstall it, still the same.

Could you check whether the inZOI support team sent you a support ticket email? Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case). If you received it, reply to that email and attach the three requested files as well.
Mine is like that too. Did you manage to fix it?
Game crashes on startup – CFCore error ("Couldn't load mods library from disk")
I’ve tried many methods but haven’t been able to fix it yet. Let’s wait and see what the publisher can do.
0.9.3 update today, still not fixing it ![]()
I’m in the same situation. Let’s give the developers a little more time and see how things go. It’s already been three months, but I’m still hoping they’ll resolve it.
Hope
Waiting
… 3 month!
Tried to login with my friend’s steam account to my PC, which also owned inzoi, sadly got the same problem ![]()
is there another way to play inzoi beside from steam?
There are certain streaming services available which offer inZOI, I think. One would be GeForce Now, but a monthly subscription is needed to use it, if I remember correctly.
@HeinziDerHeld Thanks bro ! I think I’ll pass for now. I’ve already spent enough money. I’ll wait until the Steam version of the game is more stable before coming back. I’m worried that if I switch to GeForce NOW and run into more issues, it’ll just leave me even more disappointed and frustrated.
@Yvri Looks like quite a few people are having this issue too… ![]()
This is a terrible problem. It’s so bad it’s causing player losses. It needs to be resolved. @HeinziDerHeld @ProKenDy
Guys! I followed up with the support team by email, and one of their representatives suggested that I do a complete reinstallation of Steam. I gave it a try, and it completely fixed the issue!
Important: You need to fully uninstall Steam first—don’t just click “Reinstall.” After uninstalling, go to the official Steam website, download the latest installer, and install Steam again.
Once Steam is installed, log in to your account and reinstall inZOI. After doing that, the Steam Authentication Failed error was completely gone for me.
Hopefully this helps anyone who’s still experiencing the same issue. Good luck! ![]()
@Mazikeen I’ve been looking everywhere for a solution to the inZOI issue because I really want to play again. I’ve searched through many places, including Reddit, the Steam Discussions, and even Facebook groups. Quite a few people have mentioned the same problem. Some have even refunded the game and said they’ll buy it again once it’s fixed. As for me, I’ll wait and see what happens after the August update. I still have hope. ![]()
@ryohere Reallly ? . I’ll give it a try tonight (Vietnam time). If it works, I’ll mark this thread as solved. ![]()
Is it necessary to delete the game first before deleting Steam?
I really hope it works for everyone. This issue has been going on for people long enough. Thanks so much for the info and sharing it![]()
